We appreciate your payment at time of service. You may use your personal check, Visa or Master Card. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please ask to speak to a representative from our Business Office. It is imperative that we have the correct information from you regarding your plan and coverage. As the patient, you are ultimately responsible for payment.
