Engineering Personnel Placement

At CAD Resource HQ, Inc. we understand that some of our customer’s on-going projects may require additional experienced manpower resources to work internally, to enable our customer meet deadlines. We would place from our pull of industry experienced engineers, designers and drafters, or with other sources available to us, specific required industry experience that would enable our customer accomplish their project goals. Such employees will be placed as contract employees with our customers. Being very familiar with our customer’s products and services, we can also place permanent engineering personnel to fill our customer’s job openings.

Our candidates would have extensive experience and expertise in the state-of-the-art and most recent CAD & FEA Analysis software, coupled with familiarity with Industry Standards and practices as applicable to their respective potential or defined positions.

Our Engineering Personnel Placement Process

Our customer or potential customer would submit the following information:

• Detailed job description of the position our customer or potential customer is trying to fill
• Minimum years of experience required in the industry or applicable experience
• Necessary qualification or certifications required
• Approximate time of hire or availability to start work
• Estimated duration of contract (for contractors only)
• Range of salary or hourly rate for the position
• Our customers company policy for hiring a new employee

CAD Resource HQ, Inc. would provide the following:

• Screen and submit resumes of qualified potential candidates for our customer’s review
• Conduct eligibility, background, tests, etc. of candidate as may be required by our customer
• Conduct internal interview to assure and validate candidate’s qualification for customer’s position
• Arrange potential candidate’s phone or physical interview with our customer
• Negotiate and make salary, bonus, rates, etc. arrangements with our candidate for the position
• Pay contractors based on our agreement
