    Located in Dallas Texas corporation and founded by engineers and business professionals who decided to form a service oriented business as a better way to support the engineering and manufacturing industry; public and private sectors. We have several customers around Texas in the material handling & conveying systems, microwave antennas communication, food & beverage, silos & aeration systems, engineering support systems, etc. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality engineering and business services, within deadlines, and at a very competitive and moderate cost.
    CAD Resource HQ, Inc. delivers Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO implementations consulting and training to clients in the private and public sectors. By leveraging many years of applied research experiences with instructive and collaborative approach to implementation, CAD Resource HQ, Inc. helps organizations to address their most critical problems today while gaining skills, tools, and resources for tomorrow’s challenges.

We offer different levels of services to address the various needs of our clients:

  • Business Transformation - A complete continuous process improvement (CPI) program, that incorporates Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ISO implementations and Constraints Management. Business Transformation begins by defining the roadmap for implementation, establishing the required infrastructure, conducting essential training and setting the path for self sufficiency.

  • Existing Program Support - Enhancement of an existing program includes the integration of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. It may also require some additional leadership training, refresher course and apprenticeship for Master Black Belts, project mentoring program and advanced skills training.

  • Project Support - This involves a support on a project‐by‐project basis in an organization that is short on resources but has immediate process improvement needs. In this situation, our experts can facilitate improvement workshops and lead projects.
