We will place locked containers for sensitive documents at strategic points in each of your locations or regular recycle containers for non-sensitive documents. Your employees deposit sensitive information as part of their normal business activities and we pick up the containers on a regular schedule that reflects your needs. We then transport the materials to our facilities and shred them—safely, securely, reliably and in an environmentally friendly manner.
All collected material is processed in accordance with standard Southwest Paper Stock work-flow and destroyed to an unrecoverable state. After materials are thoroughly shredded, the paper is recycled. For all materials processed in accordance with our Secure Shredding work-flow, we provide a Certificate of Destruction.
